Thomas' 10th Birthday

For Thomas' 10th Birthday we had his friends over for pizza and cake and then we went bowling.  That is what he has chosen to do for his last 3 birthdays, so the pictures may look recycled from last year, but I promise they are new!

Abby got him the book Catching Fire from the Hunger Games series and Molly gave him a hexbug case to store all of his hexbugs.

Toby and I got him this K'nex ferris wheel set and the Harry Potter Lego Wii game.

Here he is with his friends from school Kevin and Roman.

And his friend Isaac from church.  They all had a great time and I can't believe my baby boy is 10 already!!!

Pinewood Derby, November 2011

The Elder's Quorum decided to have their own pinewood derby with very limited rules!  It was fun!

October 2011

Here is October...

Grandma and Grandpa Christensen came to visit and we took them to the Johnson Space Center.  It was the first time we had gone on the bus tour, it was alot of fun!

The kids were very interested in the shuttles!

We have been trying to get some good pictures of the dogs, but they are not so cooperative.  Above is Luke and below is Leia.

Abby loves to play for us, she made a concert poster and puts it on the cabinet and we all sit in chairs behind her and listen to what she has learned lately!

While we were cleaning a cemetery for a Stake service project, Thomas dug up this turtle.  We kept it for a few days and then set it free.

Toby made our birthday cake this year, it was a yummy, completely make from scratch, three layer cake!!

Our Purple Sage bushes bloomed beautifully!!

There was LOTS of smoke in the sky from the wildfires!!  This was the best picture we had, but there were days the smoke completely filled the air!!

August 2011

Thomas started 5th grade!

Abby started 2nd grade!

Molly turned 4!!

We played outside with chalk and sprinklers and hula hoops and penny can!!!
